In this joyful session you experience several relaxing meditation techniques. Various techniques are introduced to you by Chaya, who has the background of a long time learning and practice of meditation. Different meditations are suitable for different types of people. Based on your experience you then decide which technique is suited best for your daily personal practice.

While being massaged, there are times of humming to the sound of Tibetan bells.
The healing vibration of this old Tibetan meditation technique is designed to harmonize the entire body to the deepest cells. This massage and meditation combination is deeply integrating and healing.
